We developed, supported and delivered content for the bachelor business administration domain e.g. business process innovation, strategic and financial management, management simulation. We also acted as senior lecturers in various courses.
We acted as program manager Comprehensive Action Plan for the transition of Crucell Leiden into Janssen Pharmaceuticals. This three year program comprised of a new state of the art analytical laboratorium, enhanced management systems and EHS programs, new bioreactor production facility, business and operational excellence programs.
We constructed a new model for the supply chain integrity including risk management for the Geleen site. We also presented the model to the board of directors.
We delivered the diagnostics phase of the JJOS/JJPS program for the manufacturing organization e.g. OEE, lead and cycle time, manufacturing and laboratory productivity as well as site performance.
We enhanced the external and internal audit processes, including automation, according to chapter 2 of the Merck Quality Management System at the Haarlem site. We also conducted various internal audits in order to enhance the organisation’s performance.
We delivered compliance enhancement management and activities both in Amsterdam and Brussels for data integrity, validation, quality systems and change control in order to enhance the organisation’s performance.
We developed and implemented a safety and quality management system in order to enhance the organisation’s performance. The implementation also comprised staff coaching and training.
We delivered a warehouse and quality management system and acted as external interim quality manager. We have trained and coached the newly hired quality manager.
